One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold a single active account on jezzbuz. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or accidentally — may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any pending bonuses or balances.
Wagering Requirements Apply

Account Security

1. General Terms
1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and jezzbuz ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering, or using jezzbuz in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
1.2 jezzbuz is an online casino and sports betting platform operated for players in Bangladesh. All services, games, markets, payment facilities, and promotions offered through the platform are subject to these Terms.
1.3 These Terms are written in English, which is the operative language of the agreement. In the event of any discrepancy arising from a translation or alternative rendering of this document, the English version shall prevail.

2. Eligibility & Registration
2.1 To register and use jezzbuz, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You are a resident of or physically located in Bangladesh at the time of play.
- You are registering on your own behalf and for personal entertainment purposes only.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of any employee of jezzbuz or its technology and payment partners.
- You have not previously been self-excluded, permanently banned, or had an account closed for rule violations on jezzbuz.
2.2 Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. You are obligated to keep this information up to date at all times.
2.3 jezzbuz reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the registration process or thereafter, including but not limited to: a government-issued national ID card, passport, or driving licence; proof of address; and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.
2.4 Each person is permitted to hold one and only one account on jezzbuz. If a player is found to hold multiple accounts, all accounts may be suspended, any bonus balances forfeited, and — at our discretion — pending withdrawals may be cancelled pending review.
2.5 Age Verification. jezzbuz operates a strict minimum age policy of 18 years. Age verification checks are conducted as part of the registration process and may be repeated during the lifetime of an account. Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately, all winnings forfeited, and deposits refunded where possible to the original payment method.
3. Account Management
3.1 You are solely responsible for all activity carried out under your account. This includes all wagers placed, all deposits made, and all instructions given to the platform — whether initiated by you directly or by a third party using your credentials.
3.2 You must keep your username and password strictly confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any other person for any reason. If you believe your credentials have been compromised, you must notify jezzbuz support immediately via live chat.
3.3 jezzbuz will never request your password by email, SMS, phone call, or live chat. Any communication purporting to be from jezzbuz that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.
3.4 Accounts that have been inactive (no login, deposit, or wager activity) for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. jezzbuz reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 to dormant accounts, subject to the applicable regulatory framework. Players will be notified before dormancy fees are applied.
3.5 You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Voluntary account closure will be processed within 24 hours. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after standard KYC checks are completed.
3.6 jezzbuz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where we have reasonable grounds to believe that: the account is being used for fraudulent activity; the player has breached these Terms; the player has provided false information; or the player poses a risk to the integrity of our platform or to other players.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 jezzbuz supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, BRAC Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.
4.2 The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are specified in your account dashboard and may vary by payment method, account tier, and verification status.
4.3 Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your casino wallet within 60 seconds. jezzbuz is not responsible for delays caused by the payment service provider's own processing systems.
4.4 Withdrawal requests to mobile wallet services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are processed within 2–4 hours during normal operating conditions. Withdrawals to bank cards or bank accounts may take 1–3 business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, public holidays, or when additional verification is required.
4.5 jezzbuz does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals made via supported mobile wallet services. Your payment service provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which jezzbuz accepts no responsibility.
4.6 All withdrawals must be made to a payment method that has been verified and is registered in your own name. jezzbuz does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Any attempt to withdraw funds to an account not registered in your name will be refused and may trigger an account review.
4.7 Withdrawals will only be approved where the player has satisfied any applicable wagering requirements. Real-money deposits are not subject to wagering requirements; bonus funds are. Refer to Section 5 for full bonus and wagering terms.
4.8 jezzbuz is required to conduct anti-money laundering (AML) checks in accordance with applicable financial regulations. We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may delay or result in the refusal of a withdrawal request.

5. Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 jezzbuz offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the point of the offer, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.
5.2 Welcome Bonus. New players are eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. The bonus is credited to the player's Bonus Wallet automatically upon completion of the qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is available to each verified account once only.
5.3 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the terms of each individual offer. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn.
5.4 Real-money funds and bonus funds are held separately in your account wallet. Real-money funds are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time (subject to standard verification and payment processing procedures). Bonus funds become withdrawable as real money only after all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
5.5 Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and certain slot games may contribute at a reduced rate or may not contribute at all. The contribution rates for each game category are published in the Bonus Terms section of your account dashboard.
5.6 Bonuses are issued in good faith for the purpose of recreational play. jezzbuz reserves the right to void any bonus and cancel any associated winnings if there is evidence that the bonus has been claimed or used in bad faith, through the exploitation of a technical error, or in violation of these Terms.
5.7 jezzbuz reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided this does not affect bonuses that have already been credited and on which wagering has commenced in good faith.

6. Gameplay & Betting Rules

6.5 The following activities are strictly prohibited on jezzbuz and will result in the immediate suspension of the account and forfeiture of all associated balances and winnings:
- Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place wagers.
- Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
- Match fixing, spot fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or display errors to generate winnings.
- Placing bets using funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity.
6.6 jezzbuz reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of technical error, data corruption, or third-party provider fault. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's wallet.
6.7 In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or bet, the records maintained by jezzbuz's systems shall be considered authoritative unless a clear technical error can be demonstrated. Disputes must be raised with the support team within 30 days of the relevant game or event.
7. Responsible Gaming

8. Intellectual Property

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the jezzbuz platform for personal, non-commercial recreational gambling purposes. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or commercially exploit any part of the platform; frame or mirror the platform on any other website; or systematically extract content from the platform for any purpose.
8.3 Game content — including graphics, audio, and software — provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is used by jezzbuz under licence.
9. Limitation of Liability

10. Amendments & Termination

10.2 Your continued use of jezzbuz after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date.
10.3 jezzbuz may suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, if you are found to have breached these Terms, provided false information, or engaged in fraudulent or abusive behaviour. In such cases, jezzbuz reserves the right to withhold any bonus balances and review any pending withdrawals.
10.4 Upon termination of your account for any reason, any real-money balance remaining in your wallet (after deduction of any applicable charges or forfeited bonuses) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of identity verification.
11. Governing Law
11.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. By using jezzbuz, you agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall first be directed to our customer support team for informal resolution.
